Investor Opportunities
Artios Aviation offers investors a unique opportunity to participate in the growing flight training market by placing their aircraft into our leasing program. With the increasing demand for pilots, flight schools are expanding rapidly — and our leasing model ensures steady utilization and consistent returns for aircraft owners.
By partnering with us, your aircraft becomes a working asset, generating predictable monthly income while we handle the details of leasing and management.
Cessna 172 Investor Example
Monthly Income: $3,000 paid to the investor
Aircraft Placement: Aircraft is leased to a vetted flight school with a minimum monthly usage commitment
Management: We manage the lease, payments, and school relationship on your behalf
Predictable Returns: Income is consistent regardless of whether the school flies more or less than the minimum commitment
Responsibilities
Investor (Aircraft Owner): Provides the aircraft and ensures delivery in airworthy condition at the start of the program.
Artios Aviation: Handles the lease agreement, ensures the school maintains required insurance, oversees lease compliance, and facilitates all payments to the investor.
Flight School (Lessee): Responsible for all operating expenses including fuel, maintenance, inspections, taxes, and insurance.
Security & Protection
Aircraft remains titled in the investor’s name (or LLC if preferred).
Insurance requirements include the investor listed as Loss Payee and Additional Insured.
Security deposits are collected from the school to further secure the leased aircraft.
Delivery
Once an aircraft is committed to the program, typical placement time with a flight school is 1–3 month.
